Details are right, but it won't work?

• Your photo shoot may not yet be uploaded to the server

On average a shoot takes 1-2 weeks to be uploaded to the server

• Could there be a different last name?

For weddings, try the grooms last name first, but it could be under the bride's maiden name as well.

• We entered the information incorrectly
